Draft Pick Improvement(Suggestion)

I would like to start by saying this is not a rant or a "I hate league" post as they are rampant on the forums.

I think it would be great that instead of forcing autofill on everyone that their should be a prompt at a certain time in queue mark that prompts the player to elect in autofill. For example the prompt could popup saying "Queue is taking longer than normal, would you like to enable autofill in order to find a match faster?"

I don't see any negative outcomes from this but, it would help people that don't mind waiting longer to get the lane they planned to and people that just want to get into a match asap regardless of having the lane they picked would still have that option.

In all this would greatly improve morale of the community. This would be a great improvement to draft pick that has very good benefits.

Feel free to share our ideas and maybe we could get a rito post in response to this suggestion if we are lucky.

THIS!!!! ALL THIS!!!!!!! This would especially be useful in ranked. Im tired of people (including me being auto filled) to roles I dont play. If you want to climb pick 2 rolls and couple champs and get good with them. I climbed from bronze in a win streak and was hoping nobody or me was auto filled to support. Please Riot I dont care if takes me 10mins to get in a game. I want my role so I can climb in a role i practiced in.

i think it shouldn't really be changed. there is an autofill protection too you know, also there are more chances to find an actual support in s8 so autofill is a more rare occasion.

Great just went through three people leaving at champ select and then I get autofilled support. Awesome way to keep morale high.
