i am reformed thx to tyler1( riot employee please read)

I was permanently ban maybe a few months ago and I quit the game but I really wanted to play again so I decided to come to league and so I heard that sometimes they unban accounts that receive permanent ban if you ask nicely so I went looking for a reform card but before I could find one by some odd chance I decided to try my log on information and what do you know I am unban. so really I am grateful but I just want to know how did this happen I'm sure it said permanent ban so how did my account get unlocked... did u guy realize that i have been a supportor of league since season 2 and a extremely controversial "toxic" statements should not warrant a permanent ban on someone with honor level 3 just after it was released? or did you make an error and now my account gets locked again... sorry for the bait this has absolutely nothing to do with tyler 1 , o yeah and on a side note i literally just received a call that the building i work in was blown up so yeah plenty of time for league xD
