Teemo in ranked play
Teemo should not be allowed to be played in serious gameplay this is a petition to make playing him in ranked games a banable offense .

i feel the same about adcs so independantly safe they encourage players playing them to abandon their teammates. E.g. Ezreal and Caitlyn.
