Why this damn game has 0 dmg ? (Resulting you cant carry)

What happened to league seriously damage is freaking low its ridicilous i remember in season 4 i could play jinx top start w and do half hp of the enemy at 1 level then if i was enough good boom first blood now i need to do 7 of these same with every other champ every champ was doing 50% of your hp now it does like 20% at max and at late like 1% for assasin poke 10% for bruisers what is this what has Riot done im actually speechless i keep playing playing playing not giving up and is just not possible to win cause my damage simply its not enough if the team is not involved but how am i supposed to carry alone if thats the case im sitting at 50% winrate stuck at silver i was gold and my max was silver 1 99 LP for more than 10 times i was silver 1 99 LP exactly 99 what is this game has become unenjoyable im talking about ranked season 6 ranked was way better from what i rememeber it season 7 too was ok but the more the years pass it gets worse and WORSE why am i getting baited in the damn buffed tower when i have 90 cs on 10 and the enemy has 20 cs and we are same level and i die and i kill him cause he gets level up WHEN STANDING STILL!!! i dont know how to play this game anymore simply afk on tower and watch youtube? lol cause that works too i tried it once right now i dont care almost for my ranked i want to go iron 4 to get new league teams i just play for stats now CS KDA KPC and winrate since those are good i dont care even if i lose. Do i do something wrong seriously i dont want silver players answer and dont tell me to play jungle or something that does 2k dmg in 0.01 second cause thats disgusting i wanna play something squishy vs something really tanky and have low damage to vs high damage like that thanks.
