Additional Incentives to Play Unpopular Roles on Team Builder

Problem: There is still a constant deficit of certain roles in team builder.

Solution: To increase a desired behavior, add an incentive. An obvious example would be to give extra ip after the game. Maybe a flat 5-15 IP or an extra 5%-10%.

This would almost certainly increase people filling in team builder.

PS: I want to put this in the right place, but I wasn't sure where it goes so I made an educated guess. If it belongs somewhere else please let me know.

Should be a fill option, which has the ip incentive. Good idea!

My concern with this would be people who would queue up for the needed role for the bonus but have no intent of actually filling that role appropriately. This was already somewhat of an issue with people looking to get the role icons on their one-trick-pony smurfs.

I'm not sure how a "fill" selection would work exactly in Team Builder. Would it stick you on a team and then have you pick a champ based on the role(s) they need or something?

I think the big reward for playing roles that are needed is that you pretty much get to insta play. It does suck when you specifically want to practice mid, but if you want to learn or practice jungle you have almost no wait time.
