Can you play adcs well in higher elo cause you get peel?

If so, how would you play it in the lower elos? And since you're such a god, how do you climb when you constantly get feeders on your team OR people who are too prideful to listen to what you say?

Do you just stay in lane, push and keep constant pressure or do you try to stop the bleeding?
