I did say it was my favorite.

I honestly do miss the tribunal, there was actually a surprisingly few amount of troll players that you would see, but it would still be funny every now and then.

its actually been a thing off and on when Kenned received any direct or indirect buffs that made him strong.

He can farm and harass with Q and W, E for escape, a good ult with CC for dives and ganks, and is manaless. meaning he only needs to back when he runs out of health and his support cant make sure he wont die.

it's cheesy and not very good, but when Kennen is strong the entire point is to be a very oppressive kill lane. stop the enemy from farming and kill when possible. when it works it works really well. when it doesnt it's a free win for the enemy laner essentially.

A system where the community could handle reports and for every 5 cases they're rewarded with ip. The tribunal went down a long ass time ago and was supposed to come back. Eventually.
