Conquerer is what makes most of the top lane top tier picks broken like Riven and Hecarim

If they really want to keep it then the healing needs to be reduced to 30% effectiveness for AOE so they aren’t healing for as much. Each enemy hit by a conquerer AOE spell/aa heal 10% of the total damage dealt that isn’t split like dd or hgb

They needs to revert the stacking method because champs that can stacks it faster is more bromen on them and champs that can stack it fast enough are garbage.

They need to have it set to require I’d say, 3-5 seconds in combat with a champion, instead of this 5 stacks crap they did now. Because clearly that isn’t a restriction for these champions.
