Banner of Command was taken away 1 year ago because they decided to over buff it and then they decided instead of reverting it they would hard nerf it then remove it

RIP Banner of Command, such a good item before they gutted and removed it

They said it might return by mid season, which would be now so axe that... Or by pre-season which is still very possible as they are gonna be doing some huge work to the item shop later in the year.
