There will be alot more people willing to Jungle in Teambuilder.

-Make Garen jungle etc. -Make Renekton jungle possible etc.

EDIT: Camp buffs have made Gayren jungle impossible even with 15% CDR quints.

Garen jungle clears fine and sustains fine, the problem is his horrible ganks.
