Can you fix the ranking system

I play ranked and im in s3. i cant climb because this ranked system you guys have likes to place me against plat players and gold 5 players with silvers on my team. How in the hell do you expect anyone to climb in rank if these unfair ass games are happening. i win 1 game lose 6 cause of this stupid system. You need to base your matchmaking to make teams of all the same rank not mixed bs. i cant climb in ranked due to your horrible ranked system please do something to fix this crap. Its really irritating dropping ranks because every lane but yours feeds and you cant carry all of them without having to play the cancer champs (darius yasuo gp etc.).
