Well, as another user stated, a certain level of toxicity can make you skip tiers and the fact that you hide your Chatlog makes me think you were toxic enough to skip a tier.

For certain kinds of behavior the system can and does skip tiers. To quote the FAQ for the Instant Feedback System: "However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account."
Your chat logs can help us see if this escalation was warranted.

Unfortunately, it's in the terms of use that you understand that you're subject to Riot's policies, which include the right for them to escalate your ban for extremely toxic behavior. It's well documented, and you definitively agreed to it when signing up for League.
I get that it's frustrating for you, but it's not theft of your money -- it's part of the agreement you signed in order to use Riot's services.

Your only option then is to send a support ticket in to Player Support. They can review your chat logs and in-game behavior and see if the system escalated you unfairly. They are, however, under no obligation to give you a 14-day ban if you are found to be extremely toxic, as that is the NORMAL progression, and it's clearly written that extreme cases can circumvent the normal approach.
If you choose to go that route, I would recommend being polite, courteous, and calming down your behavior here on the boards, which is not helping your case in the slightest. Specifically language like that used in your own comment to the above post -- which the community has seen cause cases to escalated IMMEDIATELY to a 14-day or permanent ban.

Not all people who feed are trolls; they make mistakes, tilt and have bad games. You need to learn the difference.
Raging at someone who is suffering only makes them play worse. So really you were just hurting your chances of winning by attacking them. This is exactly the sort of thing that RIOT perma-bans people for.

Interesting fact -- the system is designed specifically to prevent this sort of gang-up. One report is sufficient per game, and multiple reports, especially from pre-made queues, doesn't make it any worse.
