is it just me or do u lose more LP in a game Than winning a game

its likely true, and its because your mmr is crap. the system is trying to get you to fall to the appropriate tier.
EDIT- The Average MMR for this league is 1,134. 1,055 MMR
according to op.gg you are a little behind. your winrate is good though, i wouldnt worry too much, it just means a slow climb while your mmr catches up to your skill. you probably had a bad run there for a while and tanked your mmr, then improved drastically and climbed really fast. Thats usually how it happens, but with your win rate currently it will fix itself.
