What is the big problem here
Is not the ad damage, is not the magic damage, is not the health regan or sustain.
Is The Stack CDR or Coldown Reduction For exaple how many time the champ will cast his abilities in the game And yes the jumping jack Rengar is very busted rigth now or other champs then burn damage like Brand, special Lux (R) photoshoot, Zyra passive, Zed, Zoe etc.... all the champs the can easy one vs 5 the enemy team or one shot.
When u fix CDR all the problems will solve in my opinion.
