TEEEEMEMMMOOOOOOO!!!

Hey Riot.

Teemo is a fun champ. I really like to play him............ in 3's and randoms.

But... i'm wondering about the quality of life for ranked play.

Nobody seems to know how to play him, and he's a liability. Since ranked requires some semblance of coordination (i use that word loosely with most players bronze/silver/gold)

Can you just perma ban him? Getting threw silver is bad enough without the AP teemo players doing... whatever it is they do... i have no idea.

People that lose while playing teemo, get him banned automatically the next game.
