Dynamic Que being disabled

I just find it really unprofessional that every time riot releases something the next day or two it gets disabled. Like thats what the PBE is for to test these things out make sure nothing is going to bug out. I have never played a video game in my life that has as many problems as riot does with this kind of thing its getting kind of ridiculous. I rather them work on it more and release it later than them release it and have a problem with it in the next few days. QUALITY product over FAST production.
