chat bans

Well I keep getting banned for 75 games in chat. I admit before that I was a toxic player and needed to clean up my behavior and I really have got done with my chat bans before and I started really cleaning my act up. Well I get on the next day and I am banned for 75 more games in chat. So I submit a ticket weeks ago and they never responded. So then I submit one 4 days ago they have yet to respond. I love league and riot but this is just unprofessional. So it gets better I call riot and the man Boldly hangs up on me while I am mid sentence and couldn't even believe that it had happened. I undersantd that they are a bust company but weeks to respond is plenty of enough time.
