Corki package notification is annoying and we should be able to disable it.

I am posting this here because of this tweet : https://twitter.com/RiotSupport/status/1151268670695514112 I know that this has already been posted but since nothing has changed I feel the need to post it again.

Hi, Corki package notification is annoying and we should be able to disable it. This is something that a lot of players have complained about. Playing on lower resolution with this notification going on is really hindering as it takes a LOT of space on the screen. I understand that this was introduced to help BEGINNERS so why should it be mandatory for all players?

It also goes against Riot's design values of adding clarity to the game (defined as "Can you spot exactly where you are in a teamfight?" or "On a deeper level, how much information does a player need to make a meaningful choice, and how many more layers can be added before that choice turns into bookkeeping of obscure information?").

There is already an option to remove tips for beginners in the client, all we ask for is to make this notification part of the package of things that are disabled .

I mean...if you're worried about new Corki player's missing their package, place like a beeping noise on it, so when the corki player only is in base, they can hear the beeping and remember "oh right, the package."

You dont need #A GIANT POPUP WINDOW #that BLOCKS THE VIEW OF THE PACKAGE ANYWAY to remember it.

Ok but after you disable the sound and suddenly you see Corki speeding 200 km/h don't complain that he is too fast to run away from or when suddenly corki flies across from edge of your screen at you and shreds you because you didn't get the audio warning that the passive gives.

i stopped playing Corki just because of this pop up .. the sound and notification in the corner was just fine .. Allso .. the tips when you enter Aram ... i have pressed tooltips off.. but they are still there !
