Azir still after all the nerfs one of the most op champion?

Azir has been nerfed a million times over ever since his release but, in my opnion he is still the most overloaded/powerful champ out there in the game. Riot seems to try and balance this with his skill curve but when you the Azir mains or the higher elo Azir players well your pretty screwed. Azir can engage clean with flash ult can peel and cut off entire engages with his ult, massive poke and burst, super mobility to chase and get away, super duper wave clear and can even put down a turret for even MORE zone control that scales with his AP. What do you guys think? I mained azir for a little while but I was never good at him lul but when I got fed i'd just one shot everybody from 10 miles away
