I don't run Brand or blitz. I'm not particularly fond of Riot promoting them as base supports either. Blitz already isn't a support - just a 1 trick pony that is easily invalidated by positioning. Brand support fills the same general niche as Annie. Annie is a bit easier to play which would be valuable if the goal is to get people into the role.
