Have Riot looked at graves?

His damage is absolutely insane, there's 0 point in having armor or anything against him because his damage is always tremendous, from level 1 till the end. Before the uninformed chime in, being able to 3 hit someone regardless of their build doesn't make you good, no it's not a measure of skill, it's a display of an unhealthy champion. I'm not sure how many seasons pros need to dominate with graves for him to get a real/reasonable nerf.
