inadvertently or not rumble is useless now no jungle no top no mid no sup no adc if you play anyone of these youll get banned for trolling

This patch actually puts Rumble back in the game, I have no fucking clue what you're talking about.

no he lost 100-460 dmg from item change unless you poke early switch is very rare he is then going to do more dmg by 40-120 its another nerf

Rune changes Shat on rumble pretty hard he doesn't really have anything great to spec into so he just goes comet for the poke w/ E. But mainly I'd say its because the Toplane meta for solo Q is strong split pushers rather than teamfighters, with Camille Gangplank Jax Gnar being very strong, all of whom absolutely crap all over rumble in lane.

Tbh rumble has always been a bit of a niche pick, since the Mid is usually the AP carry, but if midlane wanted to go an ad assassin rumble got unlocked (esp if JG picked a good tank), but Midlane assassins and assassins in general are weak as hell right now. Overall its a combo of the meta and new runes not favoring rumble and champions Rumble was good to draft into a team with, give it some time and a patch or 2, riot likes rumble b/c his ults and Q>zhonyas make for LC$ bigplays, they'll find a way to get him back into meta soon enough.

rumble is a high skill cap champ so much so that were is only 1588 na people playing him nothing about rumble is over loaded he also sit at 46% win rate now maybe lower cuz of the odd nerf and it drops to 35% after 40 mins

In my divisions Garen takes more skill to pull off than half the champion pool because people have double to triple digit IQ's and can play around him. I dont even need to look you up plat to gold player i can smell it and you are BUTTHURT lawl

I see a lot of claims but no real evidence to back them up. Doesn't rumble benefit hugely from the Liandry's and Rylais changes? Even Morellonomicon, Spellbinder, and Oblivion Orb look nice for him.

Edit: Actually Deathcap change looks pretty good too.

and thats being modest giving him full dmg for q and e being hit in fight

Is it just the ap ratios? If so hour much ap are you calculating with?

in game test and i put it on a timer you cant kill ww yi tryn or anything with life steal with that dmg and draven can stand in ur ult and kill ur whole team coming out with full hp rumble just doesnt have the runes to help him anymore or the items now
