Seriously how do people not read patch notes when they play this game? There needs to be a pop up when people first log in after a patch that says "hey we just added a patch, here are the notes! Check this box saying you seen this notification!"

I went 6/2/9 and dealt the same amount of damage as the mid laner and adc.
Mysticman891 votesA lot of the damage doesn't really convert to kills though, being from saplings left in a brush while you go off and do other things. The damage to champs stat gets kind of silly, but it feels sortof artificial in a similar way that karthus gets big damage to champ stats from his ult, but most of the time its only meaningful damage on 1 or two champs.
Still. He sure gets some spicy saplings. Teamfighting feels pretty meh beyond throwing an ult into the fray, but bush saplings are super satisfying.
Not sure I'd go as far as OP, but maybe more power in his e compared to other skills than intended.

But yes, it's scary how many people don't read patch notes.
Significantly more scarier when they demonstrate they haven't read the patch notes in ranked. I read the patch notes entirely when they're released, and still avoid ranked for a few days to a few weeks (i.e. the entirety of the patch) depending on the scale of the changes and how much it could throw people off. Midseason patch is not a patch I dare play ranked on for example.

Also, there are still some champs whose recommended items were not updated. Taliyah's recommended item is Abyssal scepter too
