@Riot Anivia's R Tooltip

If Anivia's R does half damage to minions and monsters, can you change the tooltip to match that? Miss Fortune Applied on hit effects with her Q for the longest time without explicitly telling you that. Just something to help people new to Anivia know about her kit.
