How is it even possible that nothing has been done about Warwick's unbelievably oppressive kit?

Someone who has to wear a seatbelt and leather helmet in order to play computer games could go legendary on Warwick in his current state. Legit no reason for him to have that much damage reduction while doing insane amounts of damage building full tank besides a Titanic Hydra. Shits legit unkillable and every single time you see a Warwick that fucker goes at minimum 6-0 in first 15 minutes.The damage reduction part of his kit needs to be removed.. he would still perform well, but would actually have a chance to be killed.
