I called it a nerf sounds like they are saying a bug. when they refer to the black out passive beign actived on wu clone are they talking about this items passive " " if so how the fck did that items passive get actived on wu clone? can someone explain this?

Because spaghetti code.

Wukongs clone was technically a ward, therefore the items passive activated. This happens when you repurpose code for things it wasn't originally made for.
