PIck Zilean and kill him. You can kite him forever while he can't escape you. Easy.

One of the most underrated, yet important items to use against someone like Nasus. So important that they made a music video after it.

item 3033

Once someone brings it into a fight, them and at least 1 friend must focus him the fuck down, The grievous wounds will hurt much of the self healing and even support healing, and the armor penetration will let you hit him harder in general.

But here's also an important suggestion: If at any point, Nasus beats you in a 1v1 fairly, you most likely won't be able to for the rest of the game. So if he kills you once, never hunt him after unless you have a friend.

I thought you were giving tips for a while

but

Bait out his ult, as you would an Illaoi, because he gets twice as much damage during it (twice as many Q's and that aoe thing)

You might need someone with a knock-back, since his W is crippling in a 1v1

The problem with illaoi is that she's not exactly a duelist or a tank killer, but can still do reasonable damage. Even when I'm fed, fighting a set tank like Ornn or the like takes time, and in often cases feels like a fight I'd rather not be a part of. The best way to deal with Nasus, is get your team involved whenever possible. Make it so that he's the focus in a way that doesn't involve the enemy team, or at least, delete the enemy team as immediately as possible, then focus him.

The problem with Nasus is that if he truly is given a large lead, depending on the type of team you have, I feel like it's safe to assume that someone will still get hurt.

I'm an idiot when it comes to giving advice. If it wasn't obvious.
