Do lethality items work on every champion?
I am just wondering if lethality items work on every champion or if they only work on assassins? I main Warwick as an example.

It's mostly for champs that want AD and use spells more than basic attacks. So no, it's not a good idea on Warwick, but it can work on certain marksfolks/fighters in additions to Assassins. Champs like Pantheon, Wukong, Jarvan, Quinn, and the new Senna.
Lethality works on every champion, but that's not the question you should be asking, you should be asking whether they're effective on every champion. And the answer is no. Lethality is designed to penetrate armor with AD, so if you're using them on AP champions you're just wasting your time.
Yes and no. You gotta ask the question what will be more useful later into the match.
Warwick more auto attack's and only has 2 damaging abilities his r and q. His q already does good damage and so does his r. He also really needs defensive stats for lategame so adcs don't oneshot him.
Warwick benefits from on-hit and tankyness, not lethality.
