why is that riot refuses to fix there match making

so i just played a game and my mid lane fed so hard to a yasuo and i looked up his account he is plat 4 http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/53906412#ranked-stats what makes me pissed off is the fact hat people can not get a fair match up anymore i always see premade teams of 4 or 5 in a solo q on top of that you have people who are in a way higher elo playing low elo players how do you think the game is going to turn out this game is no longer a fair game you are about to buff vayne and nurff siver wtf is going on you need to stop trying to get money making skins and what not and focus on your champions all it has been is small nerffs and huge buffs for champions that do not need it i have less and less people playing on my friends list and its summer people should be online alot more so from what i see your losing people because the way you have treated the game lately
