So to start this off im asking how can a soraka buy spell thefts edge and 6 hp pots at the start of the game i just played a game where this happened so i was asking my team if she may be hacking and they told me its from a rune im kinda baffled due to the fact i have never seen a rune that gives you 6 hp pots at the start of the game that's a extra 150 gold at stat.

There is a rune that might do that but it only works from the 2 minute mark if I read it right.
