Can someone explain the importance of vision to carry a game

I would like some actual examples of using vision to set up objectives and then carry games rather than the usual stuff of why and where to ward. i read all of that already i still don't get it.

Clear vision so they cant see you. Set up vision so you can see them. Its not that complicated really. Whats complicated is the actual securing the objective, dependant on positioning and power spikes of your team and the enemy team and the minion waves/map control. That part is outside the scope of your question.

If you know were the enemy is you can better decide were to group both to make picks and not get picked. If there assassin tries to pick your backline youll have more time to pull back aand regroup.

Even in laning phase, you should avoid all-inning when you have no vision. No vision could potentially mean the enemy jungler is sneaking up around you, and if you go in at that time, that's a free kill you just lost and they just got.

In short, information.

G.I Joe man. "Knowing is half the battle!"

But really, information. Knowing an enemy is in your jungle or even their jungle alone is valuable information. Can we collapse and kill them to set them back? Who is on their way to try and save them? Spot a tp coming in? All useful information to plan with.

Warding Baron/Drake (and/or around pit). This one can be two fold, but breaks down to 1. Prevention of enemy team getting it. Anyone have a global ult they can use to maybe steal it with good timing? Can your team get there to to maybe pull/scare them off? To steal it? Can your team quickly burn it before an enemy gets there? Is it barely done and the enemy collapsing on you? Time to bail then maybe. Even a support can steal a Drake or Baron if the enemy doesn't know you are there.

Enemy lane missing? A ward has spotted them approaching your lane. Consider backing off, or bait if jg and whatever lane is missing is collapsing on them.

All this information comes from vision and vision denial.

simply put, if you've cleared all the wards inside and around an objective like baron or dragon, you've pushed out the side waves in advance so they'll hit the enemy's turret and placed control wards so that whatever type of ward they throw into the baron or dragon pit becomes deactivated and they can't see... you FORCE THE ENEMY TO FACE CHECK... and seeing as they are going in blind, you get to pick them off when they do. If they go back to clear waves top and bot, then you take the objective for free. win win.
