On the non-keystone ones, is there any REAL reason to not dump all of your 5 points on the same one? You cant even put 50/50, if you like both you are forced to go 3/2 or 2/3. You are actually choosing one over the other anyways so why wouldnt you put all the points in the 'prefered' one...?
Riot doesn't have the balls to do anything other then a 30 point system, thats why we are stuck with this weird ass bullshit mastery system. Goes hand in hand with the 30 experience levels and the 30 rune slots. Gotta have that exp gain so people feel like they are working for something otherwise you're gonna lose the player's attention and they won't have this sense of accomplishment, and without that any reason to spent money on this shithole of a store.
