opinions on leblanc?

used to be my all time favorite champ to play but the changes made me really dislike playing her. aside from that, i feel like the people who didn't like playing against her before still don't like playing against her i can live with the whole "mark cooking" thing, but my main gripe i guess is how they added the cooldown for applying them. probably my biggest issue is how they justify a badly done rework with "oh you just need to be at a higher skill level to use her properly now" but i do see people banning her and stuff, and I don't see many other people complaining about it. So I'm just wondering if I'm alone on this?

well I like the fact that she has more options and I like her new kit. Especially the waveclear part is good and it is not op since it has been nerfed. She is at a balanced winrate now and the banrate should drop soon when the people notice other champions are way stronger. But somehow I'd still like to see a lower passive damage, while decreasing the cooking time on higher levels

as a long time LB main, I'm pretty heavily disappointed with how things have ended up. At this point, if i want to instagib the enemy adc, why should i EVER pick Leblanc when Orianna, or Lux can one shot them from 2/4 times the range? Riot has made it so that Leblanc is irrelevant, anything she can do, another mage can do faster and from more safety :/

Leb is far stronger after the rework. She needs some toning down in some areas but I'm not sure where.
