Shouldn't both these items give the holder +25 MR instead of +20 since, you know, Null-Magic Mantle gives +25 MR now? It doesn't make sense that you should lose 5 MR. Abyssal Scepter got a buff to stay in line with the Null-Magic Mantle changes, why not Aegis or Locket?

It does. Auras stack on the champ. Meaning holder is receiving 40 MR. Its why old WoTA was better. You got the same spell vamp but also you gave 10% to your team.
