When is riot going to add a kick option in champ select for trolls

I find this is extremely annoying peope can troll champ select and try to force a dodge .

I am mainly writing this cause it honestly happens too often and what I mean is not a non meta pick but basicly I was second pick last champ select call jg no one says anything last pick goes kha zix takes smite never says he can't support just does that now anytime i have not dodge it becomes a terrible game where they foolow me around take your camps and just ruin the whole game my question is why does riot allow this i am in gold elo so its not like they don't know what there doing there causing issues on purpose . What i say riot needs to do is add a kick option and if 3 people vote to kick reason I say 3 is duo qs I have had to deal with triple jgs begfore as well -_- . Now how this would work is basicly if you get kicked from enough games in a period of time you get the same ban as dodging lose LP and go on a time ban for 5-30 minutes . Now i know what people are thinking it might get abused well thats why i added kicked enough times odds are really against someone getting kicked 3 games inarow if there not trying to troll there teams in champ select this would be far better then the report option this would take peoples Lp up front ban them alot sooner and make the ladder a bit less toxic . Also i put this in game play cause it completely ruins it .
