I'd recommend posting the chat logs of the game(s) that led up to the ban if you're looking for assistance, as it's difficult for the community to weigh judgment on your behavior without having these present.
Ultimately the best long-term solution is to find ways to manage your behavior, or other outlets for your frustration other than the in-game chat.
Take this information to heart OP. You can't change anyone other than yourself. If someone decides to flame you, mute them, report them, and move on to the next game. Riot tried many times with permanent chat restrictions and other methods, but at the end of the day someone spam-pinging you, following you around, and stealing your farm while /laughing (Ctrl + 4) doesn't solve the problem - it only creates more. If you're super easily triggered, there are likely more underlying issues present. Having the argument of "its just who i am" isn't an excuse for violating the rules - ignorance is no excuse for breaking the law. This is why people in public service jobs are required to maintain a sense of professionalism; as being racism, sexist, homophobic, hypercritical, etc. will lead to a swift termination.
