Was wondering if it could be unpermaed but given a permanent chat restriction like not allowed to chat at all I admit i am super easily triggered and would rather just be perma chat restricted 0 messages a game then get another account I don't int, hack or leave games so it would be better for everyone if i just could not ever chat .

Riot has tried permanent chat restrictions and chat bans in the past, and found that they were not very effective -- a large majority of toxic players just found other, in-game ways to express their toxicity. As such, Riot has determined that permanent chat restrictions are not a solution it wishes to pursue.

And yes, most banned players would prefer a permanent chat restriction to losing their account. But that's not really a good argument, as players who are permanently banned exhibit behavior toxic enough that Riot's official stance is that they're not really welcome in the League community any more.

so now that you cant chat instead of typing you can focus on your gameplay but that's too late cause the other 2 chances you had allowed you to do that xD

I'd recommend posting the chat logs of the game(s) that led up to the ban if you're looking for assistance, as it's difficult for the community to weigh judgment on your behavior without having these present.

Ultimately the best long-term solution is to find ways to manage your behavior, or other outlets for your frustration other than the in-game chat.

Take this information to heart OP. You can't change anyone other than yourself. If someone decides to flame you, mute them, report them, and move on to the next game. Riot tried many times with permanent chat restrictions and other methods, but at the end of the day someone spam-pinging you, following you around, and stealing your farm while /laughing (Ctrl + 4) doesn't solve the problem - it only creates more. If you're super easily triggered, there are likely more underlying issues present. Having the argument of "its just who i am" isn't an excuse for violating the rules - ignorance is no excuse for breaking the law. This is why people in public service jobs are required to maintain a sense of professionalism; as being racism, sexist, homophobic, hypercritical, etc. will lead to a swift termination.
