Nerf Fizz, his winrate especially in low elo should already be a big enough indicator that champ needs a nerf. Hard nerf please bc his cooldowns are to low for how hard he bursts. He is to strong for how long he can be untargetable and then on top of that after he's unforgettable if he is on top of you he will still do 500 dmg unless u flash or zhonyas . In addition his ult goes through Creeps and has an insanely low cooldown. And his AP scaling is unjustifiable. He needs to get thrown either way. Lower Cooldown HARD or Lower DAmage and keep cooldowns. ALso his Ult going through creeps and having basically no animation for you to see it coming is just unfair. Fix Rito its AWFULL youre able to pick him up and immediately win games without a sweat.

A quick look at Fizz's stats makes me wanna say yeah he's pretty strong and may need a nerf.

But where? Looking at the more detailed stats distribution for Fizz, he's incredibly middle of the road in all of two areas: Kills and Killing Sprees. Otherwise his only weakpoints are assists and farm. He's not even really a top performer in gold generation, so it's not like he's KSing his way into a hypercarry position for victory. And, well, none of what you mentioned really matters, or it's the point. His defensive tool doing damage is the point, if he wants to deal maximum damage, it comes at the cost or timing of his only defense in a fight. As for his damage and cooldowns, the stats don't back up your opinions.

Wait but his ult isn't really that bad. If it's point blank range, sure it's near instant, but it does significantly less damage. at longer range where the damage becomes scary, it's easy enough to dodge. But ya his cooldowns are low as hell for his amount of burst

Fizz isn't even good, there are much stronger assassins with better wave clear and no resources like kat, zed, akali ofc that in low elo fizz works because people there have no idea how to play against fizz, even fatefalls gave up on fizz and switched to rumble to reach masters, with fizz it was even hard for him to climb through diamond and he's one of the best fizz players i've ever seen

Bring a bruiser mid, crap on him. Stop playing mages or skillshot reliant champs into him, just like when playing against Zed.

Garen, Renekton, Riven all do well against these champs.

Fizz build goes like this : item 3152 item 3100 item 3158 item 3157 item 3165 so basically getting 30% cdr and 40% if they really want it. Fizz players invest in cdr a lot. I beleive his cooldown could use a increase overall.

Edit : Forgot about lich bane give 10% cdr so its a 40% everygame.

all the no brain fizz one trick downvoting this lol. idk why riot hasnt nerfed him yet. he snowballs pre level 6 just W-Q- then E back to safety while deleting half hp then after level 6 he snowballs so hard and you cant do anything unless you flash or zhonyas sometimes either of those wont save you :/ i would say nerf his E cooldown and W or R damage so people will use E as disengage only and you can have time to counterplay without being one shoted when he lands R does full combo.

I can deal with his kit being utterly broken and bullshit to some extent, but his ult having almost no visual impact is just too much. Its so tiny and he makes almost no animation so you’re almost entirely reliant on audio to know when he casts it.

I think he's mostly fine except for the ult? It feels extremely low counterplay, as you virtually just die instantly if he ever touches you with it, and considering it has no cast animation and quite a bullshit hitbox, it can be rough.

What I do into Fizz lanes when I'm playing immobile mages, is to either purchase Stopwatch, or take the stopwatch rune.

With this, you can flash the first ult, stopwatch the second, and hopefully by that point have enough of an advantage (Or be out of lane) that he can't just dive on you recklessly anymore. He's awful when behind, like, possibly THE worst champion to be behind on, up there with old Pantheon and Fiora

Nerf (or change) Ekko to, the two champions have exactly the same problems, we remember the Fizz, Ekko Tank top, and well the midlane is the same, Fizz Ekko with completely abused damage
