Hiding Preset Runes and Incorrect BE amount?

So I was curious if they were gonna add any way to hide the presets so that my rune pages can look cleaner? also It said my new BE balance should be 120k but i only got half of that, anyone else experiencing this issue?

EDIT: Also what about the epic skins we get per four rune pages?
