The afk problem

I think the system is too soft on people who intentionally afk and too harsh on the losing team.

If you afk during the game, where you intentionally leave, you should get a ban. Your lp loss should be cut in half if someone on your team leaves.

This way you'll not incentivize duos from working the system for games they might be losing by having one just afk....

You'd have to put a system in place to realize the difference between closing the system and system issues... that's the only other thing i could see becoming a problem....

But i know personally that the amount of people who rage quit on my team or enemy teams is high, and it in no way makes the game enjoyable.

This would promote conversations of "take one for the team, because you suck so go afk and I'll lose less."

Better to just use the report for afk/leave and let them be put in low queue. Sooner or later they'll get sick of the wait times and meanwhile we'll be free of them.

I really don't think there is a way for a system to tell the difference between losing power and unplugging your computer. Also, so if you suddenly experience a loss of power, you should be banned? Seems silly to me.
