Vayne
Vayne is strong we all know that so I came up with a slight nerf for her. What if you just took off the damage for the condemn and just have a stun when a enemy gets knocked into a wall?

That is about as effective as when they nerfed morganas E. It doesnt hit the real problem.
No nerfs in sight, just start playing her man, she's so damn good right now she's a pick or ban every match. Also, you can basicly blind pick her into any comp because she's so overtuned, that's what I'm gonna do, all other adc's are crap in comparision anyway.
Put a cooldown on silver bolts so it doesn't re-apply on the same champ for x seconds.
