Help can't win

I'm a somewhat hardstuck plat player who had a sub 50p recent win rate. Lately I've won about 1 ranked game in the past 13 or so that I've played. I went from p2 promos to p4 0 LP in less than a week. I can't say that I've played really well since I did Infact int 2 games, but I can confidently say I'm playing better than everyone if not most people on my team. Yet I can't seem to win any of my games. Im playing jungle top or mid. I've noticed that the main reason why we lose is coming from botlane. As a top laner I've tried to build a big enough lead and win lane hard enough to carry but once I get out of lane I just get shitstomped by the fed enemy bot and jglers. When I play jg I can't even touch botlane cause we always lose the 3v3 and if the botlane is already ahead, which generally will happen in about 5 mins into the games, we lose 3v2 because my laners can't respond or don't respond to my ganks. In the rare case that my botlane does respond and we get the gank off, the second I leave them they start dying 2v2 again. If I stick bot for too long my other laners start flaming me for being "useless". As of now I don't know why I'm losing so much more than I was before. My MMR is like 2 divisions below me. I can win lane but my other lanes don't win very often. Put simply, can anyone give me any pointers on how to win games assuming I win top lane and botlane automatically loses. Jglers and midlaners can be ignored. Or if I'm playing jg how can I get another lane far ahead enough to balance out botlane or solo carry as a jungler. any help is appreciated thanks.
