I got an S on a couple champs already, and no chest received

I don't know if it's a bug or what requirements are needed other than getting a chest on champs I haven't already got one with yet. I also don't know what board this is supposed to be on.

3 things that prevent it.

Like Marsh said, you can only get 4 chests a month, with 1 getting refreshed after a week.
You can only get a one chest per champion. It even tells you who you already got a chest with.
They have to be champions that you own.

Do you have a chest available to be gotten? You can only get 4 per month (or something close to that)
