Any items I should consider for Sion
I'm always trying to improve my Sion build. Usually it goes like this:

Buy
top/mid, 
jungle, or 
support -
Build
/
if in lane or 
if jungle -
Build
if jungle, or build 
and 
if support -
Build
first if fed, 
if behind, or 
if they are all/mostly AD -
Do one of the following:
A. If ahead, build a few out of
and then go to B or CB. Against mostly AD, build items such as
C. Against mostly AP, build items such as
Any items I should add?

is unfortunately the best item you can buy regardless of champion. I still don't buy it a lot out of rebellion, but I know that failing to do so is sub-optimal. Thankfully, that is probably changing next patch.
