Like what the fuck i didn't read too much into the part where they fucking reduce her late game dmg output, but what really caught my eye was the fact that they thought that jinx rockets needed a small buff early like what the fuck. In what fucking world does jinx dish out damage hardcore earlygame with her rockets.
