ashe and runaans

What the fuck. Runaans got nerfed so hard my fucking god gg. When i q with ashe, i literally do less damage with runaans bolts like wtf. I do 15-30 dmg on the bolts when i have 300 ad, but when i'm off flurry i do 80 like im supposed to. My bolts dont crit either what the fuck? Lying in patch notes too holy mcshit. what the fuck gg at least fix the descriptions if you are going to fuck me over in a game wtf.
