Remake Bug..?

Just played a game as Yasuo and the opp got to remake the game even though I had gotten a kill on the mid laner, zed, before the 3 minutes mark. How is this possible? I checked on the boards and found a link to the remake rule. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/player-behavior/play-games-matter/remake and one of the rule said: UPDATED: A first blood against a player’s team before they leave/dc prevents a remake vote. My guess is leaver/dc was before you got FB. If someone never connect, FB will not prevent remake if I understand it right (and I feel this works right - -I don't see any way to abuse this. FB before dc prevents remake to prevent abuse like FB->dc in order to remake).

The team that remakes if they get a kill it will stop the remake . So intent dying to them will make it 4v5 and easy points

In the picture, Pantheon had a kill on our Teemo so it should be canceled right?

everyon ealso bought items to . ive made the enemy team not able to remake becuase i ran in and died

Doesn't matter if they bought items or not, the remake will still go into effect, I can upload another remade game to show you.

The remake team has to get the kill . Meaning say you knew they were going to remake let them kill you that negates any chance of it.

If you look at the picture you'll see that Pantheon on their team also had a kill.

If a player on the enemy team was already disconnected before you killed Zed, then it wouldn't prevent the remake vote.

How is that possible though when it takes about 3 mins to be DC?
