Title. I play as mage Zilean support. Wondering if I should keep AP runes or get Magic pen runes. There is a "Greater Quintessence of Precision" (+2.24 Lethality /+1.40 Magic Penetration). How does Lethality correlates with Magic Penetration or Ability Power ?

Magic pen marks and ap quints is best unless the enemy bot lane doesn't take any Mr glyphs for some reason in which case pen on both would be best.
Lethality is the slightly changed and renamed version of Armor Penetration, so that does nothing for you.
Considering Time Bomb has a 90% AP ratio, I'd guess you want to load up on the AP. You can head over to the wiki and double check which gives you more damage after resistances though.
