when 
uses rapple she is ignoring DoT spells and abilities like liandrys ignite and darius bleed.
tested and confirmed by me and a group of other people.
not sure if this needs to be in bug or here but meh. move if needed.

are you sure? Because I've died multiple times during rapple because of things that cause DoT. Like the ignite. If I get ignited and then I rapple, I will still take damage even though I cant get targeted by any other things while I'm under the rapple effect.
