An Idea for LB

They removed Akali's ability to proc her Q with her E, so why don't we do the same to LB and not let her Q get proc'ed by her W? It would make it easier to dodge her damage, and shift power from her W to her E, which is more rewarding to land, but way harder to land. Any thoughts?

P.S. These changes alone would absolutely destroy LB, and that's not the goal here. She could receive damage buffs or something, idk, it was just an idea for one of many potential changes
