Soraka is op, graves range needs buff but nerf his damage, and draven needs 5 ad increase on his Q.
Soraka heal is OP. Graves range is too small. Draven Q is weak.

Varus'a arrow needs to do true damage as well.
Graves's range is supposed to be short. That's his thing.
The new Draven changes have made him useless early game all other adcs can put in more attacks in the same time, out-damaging him lane bully , pff not really His axe catching mechanics have been made worse
